Shipping Policies

1. In-Stock Items: In-stock items typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Due to high demand, some in-stock items may take up to 5 business days to ship.
2. Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
3. Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. Some parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
4. Transit Times: Ground shipments typically take 2-7 days, depending on location. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversized orders.
5. Oversized Shipments: Additional charges may apply for oversized shipments. You will be contacted for approval prior to shipping.
6. Carrier Substitutions: We may substitute shipping carriers to reduce shipping costs for the customer.
7. International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.
8. Backorders and Discontinued Parts: In the unlikely event that a part is placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find an alternative as quickly as possible.
