Returns Policy

1. **Contact Us**: Please reach out to us to arrange any returns.
2. **Include Invoice**: Ensure a copy of the invoice is included with your return.
3. **Restocking Fee**: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned parts.
4. **Condition of Parts**: Returned parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging.
5. **Used Parts**: We cannot accept returns for used parts.
6. **Installed or Tried Parts**: We cannot accept returns for parts that have been installed or tried.
7. **Electrical Parts**: Electrical parts are not returnable.
8. **Inspection and Refusal**: We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that have been installed, used, or do not meet the above criteria.
9. **Return Window**: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

1. **Cancellation Timing**: An order or a portion of an order can be cancelled up until it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
2. **Special Orders**: If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 30% may apply.
